Alexander Berman is an associate in Blank Rome’s policyholder-only insurance recovery practice.
Alex represents corporate policyholders in complex insurance disputes, and handles civil actions encompassing various insurance coverage issues, including preemptive coverage analysis, pre-litigation advocacy and negotiation, and litigation.
He advises policyholders on the resolution of complex coverage disputes under various lines of insurance, including commercial general liability, directors’ and officers’ liability, and professional liability, food recall, and cyberinsurance policies.
Prior to joining Blank Rome, Alex served as a legal intern for the Civil Fraud Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and as a legal extern for the Civil Litigation at the Office of the Attorney General of the District of Columbia.
During law school, Alex was a Legal Research and Writing Dean’s Fellow and a notes editor for The American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal.
