Pro Bono Service
Our attorneys and paralegals volunteer to provide equal access to justice in our communities to address key issues across the country, including the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, racial injustice, and voter rights protection, as well as work on behalf of immigrants, LGBTQ+ individuals, persons facing homelessness, senior citizens, nonprofits, and small business owners.
Sustainable Business Practices
We support environmentally sustainable business practices in a variety of ways, including working toward becoming a “paper-lite” organization, seeking sustainability in addition to quality and delivery when selecting firm vendors, and striving to use environmentally friendly products and energy efficient systems and facility design.
Wellness Programs
We are committed to promoting and maintaining the well-being of everyone at Blank Rome. We were one of the initial signatories to the ABA Well-Being Pledge and over the years we have continued to take steps to meet our commitment to that pledge, including the establishment of our Well-Being Committee.
Women’s Initiatives
We offer our attorneys and clients curated content and networking events designed to elevate more women into leadership positions, from our Women’s Leadership Summit, which brings together hundreds of C-suite women from across the country annually, to our Women Who Lead initiative, which creates a cohort of mid-level in-house and outside counsel women to mentor and support each other.
