Nicholas Zoogman joined Dickstein Shapiro LLP as counsel in 2000, and currently is a partner in the Firm’s Insurance Coverage Practice. Mr. Zoogman focuses his practice on commercial litigation in federal and state courts throughout the country. He also counsels clients nationwide on insurance coverage and related matters. Moreover, he has served as lead counsel in various complex litigations, representing major corporations, including Ford Motor Company, Schering-Plough Corporation, and The Celotex Corporation. Since 1985, he has concentrated his practice on policyholder representation in multi-party insurance coverage cases. These policyholders have included a broad variety of manufactured products ranging from insulation materials and automobile parts, to chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and aerospace equipment. He also has worked on litigation representing other major corporations, such as International Flavors & Fragrances, Tyson Foods, Pfizer, Foster Wheeler, American Standard, and Goodyear.
