David Yang is an associate in Dickstein Shapiro’s Government Contracts Practice. He counsels companies in all phases of the federal procurement process and has represented clients in connection with investigations and other matters involving the Department of Defense (DoD), civilian agencies such as the Federal Aviation Administration, the General Services Administration, and the Departments of the Interior, Treasury, and Homeland Security, as well as numerous sub-agencies and the World Bank.
