Mikaela Whitman joined Dickstein Shapiro in 2008 as an associate in the Insurance Coverage Practice. Ms. Whitman represents policyholders in various industries in complex insurance coverage disputes. Her insurance recovery and litigation experience includes both first-party and third-party disputes involving property damage, contingent business interruption claims, and bad faith in the context of general liability and other types of insurance.
