Nicole Vorrasi joined Dickstein Shapiro in 2001 and is counsel in the Tax Practice of the firm’s Corporate & Finance Group. Ms. Vorrasi concentrates her practice on federal income tax. She focuses on the tax aspects of business transactions, including taxable and non-taxable corporate mergers and acquisitions.
