Michelle Tupper Butler is an associate in Dickstein Shapiro’s Business Litigation Practice. Ms. Tupper Butler has handled a variety of complex civil litigation matters in federal and state courts, including significant antitrust, False Claims Act (FCA), and fraud lawsuits. She also advises union trustees on matters relating to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and has in-depth experience with electronic discovery.
