Kenneth Trotter joined Dickstein Shapiro in 1999 as an associate in the firm’s Insurance Coverage Practice. Mr. Trotter devotes a significant portion of his practice to the representation of policyholders in complex insurance disputes with their insurance companies. Additionally, he has handled substantial commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, product liability, and fraud claims. His client representations include litigation in both state and federal courts and various forms of alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Trotter currently is co-leader of the firm’s Property and Business Interruption Insurance Coverage Initiative.
