Kenneth Trotter is an associate in the Firm’s Insurance Coverage Practice. Mr. Trotter devotes a significant portion of his practice to the representation of policyholders in complex insurance disputes with their insurance companies. Additionally, he has handled substantial commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, product liability, and fraud claims. His client representations include litigation in both state and federal courts and all forms of alternative dispute resolution.
