Jade Totman is an associate in Dickstein Shapiro’s Government Contracts Practice. Mr. Totman counsels government contractors on dispute resolution and legal compliance issues. He represents contractors in litigation in both administrative and judicial forums, including claims and bid protests before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the U.S. Government Accountability Office, and boards of contract appeals. He has experience litigating before federal district and state courts.
