Edward Tessler joined Dickstein Shapiro in 1996, as a partner in the Insurance Coverage Practice. Mr. Tessler’s practice focuses on civil litigation with a concentration on insurance coverage for corporate policyholders. He has represented a wide array of corporate policyholders in civil suits in federal and state courts across the country seeking insurance coverage for a variety of claims. He also has represented a large manufacturer of concrete in a multimillion-dollar insurance coverage action for products liability claims. Moreover, he has represented large and midsize corporations, as well as a university and local municipalities in environmental insurance coverage disputes with their insurance companies.
