Mark Stirrat, is an Orange County-based associate in Dickstein Shapiro’s Intellectual Property Practice whose work includes IP litigation, licensing, and patent procurement.

Mr. Stirrat has extensive experience with a wide range of technologies, ranging from semiconductor devices and communication systems to software and medical devices. Exemplary fields include semiconductor device design, semiconductor processing for deep submicron devices as well as developing nanotechnologies, wireless and broadband communications, networking software, optical networking systems, medical imaging systems, medical implants, and intravascular access devices.
