Divonne Smoyer joined Dickstein Shapiro in June 2004, and is a partner at the Firm. Ms. Smoyer represents clients in negotiation and litigation involving complex, multi-party disputes pertaining to asbestos, silicone implants, pharmaceutical products, and other mass torts, as well as insurance coverage disputes. She also represents clients in connection with complex public policy disputes and state government investigations as part of the Firm’s State Attorneys General Practice.
