Ken Simon is a partner and head of the Energy Transactions Practice at Dickstein Shapiro. His practice focuses on transactions with, and regulation of, companies in the electric and natural gas industries, both in the United States and internationally. Mr. Simon also is an experienced litigator and he oversees the Firm’s PolicyPartner^® web-based services.
