Elaine Scivetti joined Dickstein Shapiro in October 1999 and is counsel in the Corporate & Finance Practice. She focuses on corporate finance and real estate transactions. Ms. Scivetti represents commercial banks and other lending institutions in a variety of commercial lending transactions ranging from unsecured and secured credit facilities to leveraged leases, mezzanine loans and similar financings. In addition, she represents borrowers in acquisition loans secured by substantially all of the borrower’s assets and in unsecured and secured general purpose/working capital borrowings. Also, she advises clients on matters involving the acquisition, development, management, leasing, and disposition of improved and unimproved real property. Ms. Scivetti concentrates a substantial amount of time advising clients on general corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions, including a variety of asset purchase, stock purchase, and merger transactions. She represents companies and individuals in connection with the formation of new business entities and the negotiation of stockholder agreements and other general business contracts.
