Luna Samman joined Dickstein Shapiro as an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice in September 2006. She focuses on United States and international trademark prosecution and counseling and IP litigation. Her experience involves all aspects of trademark practice, including selection and clearance of marks in the United States and abroad, registration, licensing, enforcement, due diligence in corporate acquisitions, and computer law. Ms. Samman’s litigation experience includes copyright and trademark proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and in federal court and litigation involving rights to Internet domain names.
