Speaking Engagements
Gabrielle Roth joined Dickstein Shapiro in 1991, and is a partner in the Intellectual Property Practice. Ms. Roth concentrates her practice on all aspects of trademark counseling, prosecution, enforcement, due diligence, and dispute resolution, both in the United States and abroad, as well as managing trademark administrative proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. She provides a broad range of clients with opinions regarding the availability of proposed marks, and routinely works with clients on strategies for expansion into international markets. Ms. Roth also assists clients with registration of marks with U.S. Customs in order to curb counterfeit goods from entering U.S. borders. In addition, she handles, negotiates, and resolves trademark disputes on a regular basis—typically without resort to litigation and often by devising creative strategies and solutions to clients’ problems. Over the years, Ms. Roth has also developed a vast knowledge of Internet and cyberpiracy issues and has successfully resolved numerous domain name disputes.
