Tina Reynolds joined Dickstein Shapiro in 1997. Ms. Reynolds is counsel in the Government Contracts Practice. Her practice involves complex disputes and litigation in federal courts, including fraud, RICO, Medicare/Medicaid, and False Claims Act litigation. She has extensive experience with class action defense and multidistrict litigation. She has defended clients involved in criminal grand jury, congressional, and Inspector General investigations. Moreover, she has experience with government contracts litigation in federal courts and before boards of contract appeals, as well as bid protests before the Government Accountability Office, and agency suspension and debarment proceedings. She counsels clients on a wide variety of federal procurement matters, including compliance with federal acquisition and ethics regulations.
