Kenneth Remson is counsel in the Insurance Coverage Practice, where he focuses on insurance litigation on behalf of insureds. He has done extensive work on environmental insurance coverage matters, but his practice also includes counseling policyholders and litigating other coverage issues, such as aviation, first-party property, intellectual property, landlord-tenant issues, construction claims, products liability, and surety bonds. He has represented insureds in coverage matters in state and federal courts throughout the United States and has also argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to insurance coverage, his practice also has included employment law issues, construction disputes, and commercial litigation.
