Andrew Reidy is a Washington, DC-based partner in Dickstein Shapiro’s Insurance Coverage Practice. For more than 24 years, he has represented policyholders in disputes against insurance companies for a wide variety of policies, including commercial liability, directors and officers (D&O), property, errors and omissions, crime, and fidelity policies. He offers clients a full range of insurance-related services, from counseling companies on how to maximize an insurance recovery to representing policyholders in mediation, arbitration, litigation, and trial in state and federal courts. He has argued complex insurance issues before the highest courts of Massachusetts, Iowa, and Delaware and obtained hundreds of millions of dollars in recoveries.
Mr. Reidy has authored and co-authored hundreds of articles and frequently lectures on insurance topics. He has been a regular speaker at programs sponsored by, among others,

, The Risk and Insurance Management Society, and the American Bar Association. He also has lectured on Court TV regarding D&O insurance.
