Denise Plunkett is a partner in the Antitrust & Financial Services Practice in Dickstein Shapiro’s New York office. Ms. Plunkett focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation in the payment card and financial services industries, including individual and consumer class actions. Her litigation experience includes trial and appellate work in state and federal courts throughout the United States.
