Mark Perlis is a partner at Dickstein Shapiro in Washington, DC, focusing on energy and environmental matters. Mr. Perlis has a broad federal regulatory and litigation practice, encompassing all aspects of the electric utility industry and featuring extensive involvement in industry restructuring. He regularly represents clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), in both adjudicatory and rulemaking proceedings.
