Jennifer A. Awrey is an associate in Dickstein Shapiro’s Employment Practice. Ms. Awrey represents employers in all aspects of employment law, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, disability law, harassment, and wage and hour issues. She has represented employers in multiple jurisdictions in federal and state courts and in administrative proceedings before federal agencies. Ms. Awrey assisted employers with claims ranging from administrative charges and single plaintiff lawsuits to large wage and hour class actions.
