Eric Oliver is a partner in the Intellectual Property Practice of Dickstein Shapiro. Mr. Oliver is a well-respected intellectual property attorney whose practice encompasses litigation, counseling, and licensing, as well as the preparation and prosecution of patent, trademark, and copyright applications. He regularly participates in litigation at all levels before federal, state, and administrative tribunals. Furthermore, his practice extends to intellectual-property-related fields, including copyright, trade secret, licensing, and antitrust issues. He also has extensive hands-on experience in drafting and negotiating all types of agreements, from complex technical cooperation agreements to patent, know-how, trademark, and copyright licenses. Additionally, his practice involves the analysis and protection of computer software, business method, and other Internet-related inventions.
