Jonathan Odell joined Dickstein Shapiro in 1994, and is a partner in the Corporate & Finance Practice. Mr. Odell focuses his practice on transactional work with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure and project development, joint ventures, and general corporate counseling. He has represented a broad range of clients in a variety of acquisition and divestiture transactions involving companies in energy, healthcare, manufacturing, and service industries. Mr. Odell also has represented clients in numerous project development transactions in connection with a wide variety of equity investments. Moreover, he has served as outside general counsel to for profit and not for profit companies, and corporate counsel to an array of private and publicly traded companies in connection corporate restructurings, reorganizations, and an assortment of commercial transactions.
