Jonathan Odell joined Dickstein Shapiro in 1994, and is a partner in the Corporate & Finance Practice. Mr. Odell focuses his practice on transactional work with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure and project development, financings, and general corporate counseling. He has represented a broad range of clients in a variety of acquisition and divestiture transactions involving companies in energy, healthcare, manufacturing, and service industries. Mr. Odell also has represented clients in numerous project development and financing transactions, including borrowers, lenders, and equity investors in connection with senior and subordinated construction and term credit facilities and equity investments. Moreover, he has served as outside corporate counsel to an array of private and publicly traded companies in connection with corporate restructurings, reorganizations, and an assortment of commercial transactions.
