Pablo Nichols joined Dickstein Shapiro in 2009 as an associate in the Government Contracts Practice. Mr. Nichols focuses his practice on dispute resolution for government contractors, including claims and bid protests before the Court of Federal Claims, the U.S. Government Accountability Office, and the Armed Services and Civilian Boards of Contract Appeals. He also has experience litigating False Claims Act claims and other disputes in federal courts nationwide, as well as challenging suspension and debarment decisions and other federal agency administrative actions.
