Partners Dave Nadler and Richard Leveridge to Address Crisis Management at the HELI-EXPO Conference

(Las Vegas, NV)— Dickstein Shapiro partners Dave Nadler and Richard Leveridge will present on incident and accident response for management teams as a part of the HELI-EXPO Helicopter Association International Rotor Safety Challenge on March 6, 2013. More than 20,000 helicopter industry professionals will attend the HELI-EXPO, the world’s largest helicopter exposition and trade show, at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

In their course, Nadler and Leveridge will discuss strategies for addressing and responding to the multitude of complex legal, contractual, and regulatory issues that may arise following a helicopter incident or accident on a commercial or U.S. government contract, including contract claims, insurance coverage, injury and wrongful death actions, commercial litigation, environmental issues, and investigations by the National Transportation Safety Board, the Federal Aviation Administration, and other agencies.

Dave Nadler is a partner in the firm’s Government Contracts Practice in Washington, DC and a recognized authority on legal issues related to the helicopter industry. He represents helicopter operators, manufacturers, and suppliers in regulatory issues, contracts, and litigation matters, as well as in legal issues related to helicopter accidents and incidents.
