Industry Leaders to Discuss Radio’s Future at 2009 NAB Radio Show®

– will participate in Dickstein Shapiro LLP’s annual financing conference at the National Association of Broadcasters Radio Show® on the morning of Wednesday, September 23, 2009, in Philadelphia, PA. The program –
“Surviving the Meltdown”
– will also feature opening remarks from
Drew Marcus
, formerly Vice Chairman of Global Banking at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and now the Managing Partner of Sugarloaf Rock Capital.
As in past years, the Dickstein Shapiro conference will be the first program of the NAB Radio Show. The conference will focus on the challenges and opportunities created by the unprecedented economic downturn.
In addition to the panel of CEOs (who will discuss operating and acquisition strategies), a second panel will address the challenge of obtaining debt and equity financing in an environment fraught with loan defaults and financial restructurings. That panel will include the following industry representatives:
