Bernard Nash joined Dickstein Shapiro in 1988, and has developed an active state attorneys general, corporate counseling, public policy, litigation, data privacy, and legislative practice. Mr. Nash is head of the Firm’s State Attorneys General Practice, and his work typically involves cases of first impression, matters having public policy implications and/or a governmental interest, and complex litigation. He represents both private sector companies and states, and has an active national state attorneys general practice.
