Robert Moss joined Dickstein Shapiro in 1995 and is a partner in the Firm’s Government Contracts Practice. Mr. Moss has spent much of his work experience as a civil litigator on issues pertaining to government contracts and claims, particularly before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the General Services Administration Board of Contract Appeals. In addition to his experience in the government contracts arena, his civil litigation experience includes civil RICO and trademark license litigation before the U.S. district courts and civil business fraud litigation involving real estate partnerships before the D.C. Superior Court.
