Mr. Morgan serves as Dickstein Shapiro’s general counsel and is the co-leader of its Complex Dispute Resolution (CDR) Group. His practice has involved litigation and counseling on both civil and criminal matters, but the core of his practice in recent years has been complex dispute resolution.
