Charles V. Mehler III joined Dickstein Shapiro in 2000, and is counsel in the Employment and ERISA Practices, with a focus on defending employers in litigation involving non-compete covenants and employment claims brought under federal and state law, as well as representing employee benefit funds in federal court actions brought pursuant to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). In addition, Mr. Mehler regularly represents firm clients in various business litigation matters before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
