Jennifer McCue joined Dickstein Shapiro as an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice in September 2005. Ms. McCue focuses primarily on patent law, concentrating in the fields of medical devices, semiconductor materials/devices, pharmaceutical compounds, biotechnology, image/data processing, optical disks/drives, mechanical devices, and software, as well as design patents. Her practice includes the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications, due diligence, client counseling, opinion work, and patent litigation.
