Patrick McCloskey joined Dickstein Shapiro in September 2005 and works in the firm’s New York Office as counsel in the Corporate & Finance Practice. Mr. McCloskey’s practice includes mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, and general corporate matters. He has provided representation to clients in merger, stock, and asset transactions and has advised public and private companies and special board committees on federal and state securities law compliance (including the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002) and other general corporate governance matters.
