Doreen L. Manchester is counsel in Dickstein Shapiro’s Antitrust & Financial Services Practice. Since joining the firm, Ms. Manchester has represented and currently represents clients in general, civil, antitrust, and other complex commercial law matters, with a specialty in antitrust matters. She devotes a significant amount of time to working on cases concerning antitrust law violations, and has been involved in representing both plaintiffs and defendants in antitrust matters. In addition, she has experience preparing antitrust compliance documents and is familiar with issues involving foreign privacy laws.
