Daniel Litt joined Dickstein Shapiro in 1990, and chairs the Firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Practice. Mr. Litt has been a bankruptcy practitioner since 1979. In addition, he has represented numerous clients in complex commercial litigation for more than 27 years. He represents diverse clients (creditors, debtors, trustees, creditors’ committees, and equity holders) in bankruptcy courts throughout the United States. Over the last 27 years in private practice, he has participated in hundreds of bankruptcy cases involving retail and manufacturing businesses, commercial real estate, airlines, government contracting, technology-related businesses, radio, television, telecommunications businesses, satellite companies, financial institutions, and many other commercial businesses.
