David K. Lin is an associate in Dickstein Shapiro’s Intellectual Property Practice and primarily focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Lin worked in the entertainment industry developing content management and protection systems from 2006 to 2008. Mr. Lin began his legal career as a law clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office in 2009. In 2011, Mr. Lin was an extern at the California Court of Appeal.

Mr. Lin is admitted to practice in California. He is fluent in Mandarin.
