Neil Lefkowitz is a partner in the Corporate & Finance Practice of Dickstein Shapiro. Mr. Lefkowitz focuses his practice on corporate transactions, particularly private mergers and acquisitions, acquisition financing, and private equity financing. He has represented participants in more than 100 mergers and acquisitions, including 15 transactions involving education companies, and in more than 20 equity financing transactions.
