Charles Kertell is counsel in Dickstein Shapiro’s Intellectual Property Practice. Mr. Kertell focuses his practice on patent, trademark, trade secret, false advertising, copyright, and unfair competition litigation and counseling. Mr. Kertell’s experience also includes the prosecution of patent and trademark applications; opposition/cancellation proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board; and the procurement, protection, and enforcement of intellectual property rights worldwide.
