Leon Kellner joined Dickstein Shapiro in 1996 and is a member of the Insurance Coverage Practice. Mr. Kellner focuses on insurance coverage litigation on behalf of policyholders. He has represented Fortune 1,000 companies in both federal and state courts in a wide variety of complex insurance coverage matters. Mr. Kellner also is lead trial counsel for three Fortune 100 companies in connection with asbestos insurance coverage cases. Moreover, he has represented a large insurance broker in a multimillion-dollar fraud case, and successfully defended a leading electronic retailer in a preliminary injunction action involving employment discrimination.
