  • Representation of the independent trustees of Hibernia Funds, a $1 billion fund complex;
  • Representation of an international sponsor of private equity funds focused on the telecommunications industry, including Gramercy Communications Partners (formed with over $1 billion in capital commitments) and Crest Communications Partners (with over $100 million in capital commitments);
  • Representation of The Rushmore Funds, a $1 billion fund complex, in connection with the acquisition of the funds’ investment adviser;
  • Representation of a privately offered investment company sponsored by a U.S. affiliate of Westdeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale; and
  • Representation of Special Situations Fund, L.P., a $350 million hedge fund registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and its offshore affiliate, Special Situations Cayman Fund, L.P.
