Maria Colsey Heard is a Washington, DC-based partner in Dickstein Shapiro’s Complex Dispute Resolution and State Attorneys General Practices. Ms. Heard concentrates on civil litigation, particularly the defense and settlement of class actions. In addition, many of her matters involve government entities and legislative or other public policy solutions to legal challenges. Ms. Heard also represents companies responding to state AG and other government investigations.
