Speaking Engagements
Phil Hampton joined Dickstein Shapiro in June 2004, as a partner in the Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice. For more than 24 years, Mr. Hampton has been practicing intellectual property law as both a practitioner and an administrator. He is particularly adept at patent and trademark litigation, patent and trademark counseling, trademark prosecution, and counseling with regard to the intellectual property aspects of the Internet. As corporations and individuals continue to extract value from their intellectual property, he has expanded his practice to include licensing and merchandising agreements based on patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights. He also has negotiated the transfer of intellectual property and prepared documents pursuant to corporate acquisitions.
