Lisa Hall Johnson joined Dickstein Shapiro in 2005 and is an associate in the Insurance Coverage Practice. Ms. Hall Johnson focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation, coverage investigation, counseling, and negotiation. She has represented corporate policyholders in a variety of coverage cases involving a wide range of coverage issues, including environmental, directors and officers, healthcare coverage and reimbursement, and property losses. Throughout her career, Ms. Hall Johnson has been involved in all aspects of litigation, including pre-trial motions, discovery, and trial work. In addition, she has worked with the firm’s Government Contracts Practice in defending a major healthcare manufacturer and supplier in a complex, multidistrict litigation in Federal District courts throughout the United States.
