Scott Godes joined Dickstein Shapiro LLP in July 2006. He is counsel in the Insurance Coverage Practice. Mr. Godes focuses on representing corporate policyholders in insurance coverage disputes. He is an experienced trial lawyer who has extensive experience in litigating complex insurance coverage disputes including class actions, in state, federal, bankruptcy, and appellate courts, as well as in commercial arbitrations.
