Keisha Gary joined Dickstein Shapiro LLP as an associate in 1995 and is a member of the Insurance Coverage Practice. Ms. Gary focuses on commercial litigation in federal and state courts throughout the country with a special emphasis on environmental and insurance coverage litigation. She devotes a significant portion of her time handling litigation and negotiations on behalf of utilities who have incurred liabilities under CERCLA (Superfund) arising from the ownership or operation of manufactured gas plants during the last century. Ms. Gary’s insurance practice has included litigation and negotiations on behalf of large corporations seeking insurance coverage for liabilities arising from environmental and product liability cases.
