Lawrence Garr is a partner in Dickstein Shapiro’s Corporate & Finance Practice. Mr. Garr brings more than 30 years of experience in tax law, concentrating in administrative resolution of federal and state tax controversies, tax litigation, tax aspects of bankruptcy law and all aspects of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and state collection laws and procedures. In addition, he has extensive experience in the handling of civil and criminal fraud cases.
