Speaking Engagements
Mr. Fucci is a New York-based partner in the Energy Practice, who focuses on corporate and commercial transactions and the development and financing of infrastructure projects in the United States and emerging markets, principally in the energy sector. He has acted as lead counsel on independent power projects (IPPs) using both carbon-based and renewable fuels as well as advised energy service companies on energy efficiency projects and the installation of distributed generation facilities.
Beyond his energy project work, Mr. Fucci devotes a significant portion of his practice to corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, asset purchases and dispositions, and the finance of start-up enterprises with an emphasis on foreign companies acquiring or launching businesses in the United States. Related to these corporate transactions, Mr. Fucci provides general commercial and corporate advice for both international and domestic entities. He has drafted and negotiated numerous joint venture and commercial contracts as well as supply of goods and equipment purchase agreements.
Mr. Fucci also has experience in international commercial arbitration and international judicial assistance in the aid of enforcement of judgments. Included in Global Arbitration Review’s
100 Names to Know
