The firm offers a professional development program for all business professionals at the firm - including administrative staff, paralegals and secretaries. The Information Technology Department facilitates a wide range of technical computer skills programs. Through the Dickstein Shapiro University, business professionals are invited to attend programs such as “Personal Finance,” “Business Etiquette,” “Building Self Esteem” and “Managing Holiday Stress.” Managers and Supervisors attend programs offered through the “Learning and Management Program” on topics such as budgeting and management fundaments.
