Dickstein Shapiro is committed to the professional development of its attorneys and staff. Professional development at Dickstein Shapiro has two major elements, the Associate Career Development Program and Dickstein Shapiro University. The Associate Career Development Program is made up of four components intended to provide support appropriate to an Associate’s experience during his/her career development. These four components are the Mentor Program, Writing Coach, the Diversity Mentor Panel, and the Professional Development Partner Program.
Dickstein Shapiro University brings together the Firm’s professional training and work/life balance programs under three Colleges: the College of Professional Training, the College of Personal Skill Development, and the College of Extracurricular Activities. Dickstein Shapiro University provides professional training and other life skills programs to every individual in the Firm, to ensure the highest quality client service while fostering professional and personal satisfaction.
